She’s All That (1999)
Okay, so this movie just sneaked its way into the 90’s - but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve its position on this list. The original ugly duckling teen movie, "She's All That" gave birth to a whole genre of early 00’s teen flicks. Who can forget the iconic moment when Lanny finally comes down the stairs in THAT red dress!
